Digital Services

Overview

Digital Services provides public-facing, extranet, and intranet web solutions via the Workplace.gov Community Cloud (WC2) shared services offering to provide agencies with Infrastructure-As-A-Service (IaaS), Software-As-A-Service (SaaS), Platform-As-A-Service (PaaS), and misc. Professional services including consulting on business solutions.
 
The WC2 platform addresses the ability to provide agile, cost-effective and secure hosting services for internal, public and extranet applications at the FISMA Moderate / FedRAMP level. The platform offers common management and security services built on top of Commercial Cloud Service Providers (CCSP).
 
The offered services include production and non-production environments supporting use case scenarios such as public websites and application hosting, Extranet services, development & test enclaves and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
 

Infrastructure-as-a-Service

 

Public Access Web Hosting (Dedicated or Shared)

  • Hosting of public websites using the WC2 Platform
  • WC2 includes the Amazon Cloud and the Akamai Content Delivery Network (CDN) to ensure the high-availability and security of public-facing web content to meet the needs of Federal Agencies

Authenticated / Restricted Access Web Hosting (Intranet or Extranet) (Dedicated or Shared)

Provide Intranet/Extranet capability via WC2’s secure and restricted access enclaves with traffic routing through the Treasury TIC Secure Enclaves.
